Today it seems that the traffic lights at L and 30th west are on a brief hiatus. This includes all four directions, which means anyone driving through the intersection is affected.
That light gets a lot of traffic, as the freeway entrance and exit are only about one and a half miles east.
If you're planning on heading that way, a detour is highly recommended.
