A 22-year-old woman student told authorities she had been working late with other students in a campus photo lab. She told deputies she was approaching her car at about 1:30 a.m. when she was grabbed from behind by a man who placed her into a neighboring van.
The woman reported she was held in the parked van for two hours without being harmed physically. She was then released. The woman reportedly got into her car and drove home, where the crime was reported to authorities.
The incident remains under investigation.
